Your New Role: You will be given the opportunity to build your strata knowledge to successfully support our talented Strata Managers.Assist with the delivery of PICA's Body Corporate Management Agreements with repairs & maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.Engage with committee members either by email or phone to provide information or handle situations related to building schemes.Maintain documents and records related to the building scheme within a document management system.Prepare and update meeting records and documents such as minutes and agendas using a digital document transaction system. May attend AGM or committee meeting with Strata Manager.Are you someone who? Has a friendly go-getter attitude.Has experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate.Is a superstar with administration.Has experience with Microsoft and is computer savvy in general.Sees challenges as opportunities and knows how to problem-solve.Has great relationship-building skills.What we can offer you!
