What you'll be doing:
We're looking for an Assistant Strata Manager to be based from our BCS Gosford branch. Here's your golden opportunity to gain strata knowledge as you work hand in hand with our talented Strata Managers. Together, you'll ensure PICA's Strata Management Agreements are executed seamlessly, handling everything from repairs and maintenance to levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance. Please note that this is a full-time role.
But that's not all! You'll also get the chance to connect with committee members, using your excellent service and communication skills to provide information or resolve issues related to building schemes. Whether it's over email or phone, your warm, friendly approach will make every interaction a positive one.
In this role, you'll also have the chance to sharpen your organisational skills. You'll maintain and manage documents and records related to the building scheme within a document management system, ensuring everything is always up-to-date and easily accessible.
