Assistant Strata Manager

The Role:
Support and assist a Strata Manager, be mentored by the best in the business.
Strata Administration ad-hoc duties.
Manage repairs and maintenance for the Bodies Corporates.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People).
Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations).
Full training is provided for tasks and processes that you are not familiar with.
The Candidate must possess:
6 + months experience in a Body Corporate administration capacity ideal.
Real Estate Property Management or Commercial Real Estate Experience.
A great can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent presentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
