Assistant Store Manager ROSNY PARKJob Summary To support the Store Manager with executing the store strategy, leading and developing a team of Customer Advisors to drive sales and high standards of customer service using the prescribed customer sales model. You will be a member of the team with excellent skills in operational governance. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to create a high performing team by coaching and empowering others to fulfill operational requirements and achieve their performance targets.

Our Rosny Park store is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join their team on a Full Time basis. This is an opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, overseeing a retail team with a unique buzz and energy at Telstra within a dynamic team environment.

You'll use your management experience to help coach our retail consultants to success, making sure they're driven and energized to reach and exceed store targets.
What you'll do Oversee the induction of your new team membersCoach the store's team to meet (and exceed) store targetsHelp support your team with customer query escalationsBe the Store Manager's right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when neededExecute business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metricsAct as team cheerleader – leading from the front and helping to motivate the team, and foster an awesome store cultureOrganize the store floor and team's work schedules to meet customer demandAbout you You have previous experience in a retail leadership/assistant management roleYou're able to energize and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated successYou lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied teamYou're able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem solvingYou're an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through changeWhat's next?
