Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility, meeting or exceeding performance metrics. Customer Focus: Prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional products and services, aligning with Nike's commitment to quality and innovation. Preferred Candidate Attributes: Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to the company's values. Ability to Provide the Ultimate Customer Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions. Full Time availability including late night trade and weekend hours. Minimum of 1-year prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
