The Assistant Store Manager role is pivotal to supporting the Store Manager and representing our brand directly to customers. You will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseurs! This is a fantastic opportunity if you have previously been a Store Supervisor and are ready to step up into an Assistant Manager role. About the Role The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role and embrace the challenge of assisting the Store Manager to lead a highly motivated customer-focused team. The roster will be flexible with rotation across all shifts to ensure touch points with the entire team and also the need to work some early morning, evening shifts, and weekends. We expect you to be on the roster working alongside the team.
More specifically you will be:
Assisting in leading and motivating the team in a super hands-on role. Thriving in a fast-paced role and being passionate about developing your leadership skills. Integral to the recruitment of our passionate donut connoisseurs. Handling administrative duties including rostering, stock control/ordering. Assisting in overseeing store set up and close. What you'll need: Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field. Previous experience in a supervisory role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field. Skilled at leading people, or willing to learn. Excellent communication skills. Not afraid to be super hands-on. Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.
