The role: As we embark on opening brand-new and engaging retail spaces across Australia, we welcome applications for Assistant Concession Store Managers to help lead the teams at our NEW Brand Collective Footwear Myer Sydney store opening in February 2025. Our store teams are the face of our brands. They have a wealth of knowledge, passion and love bringing to our customers a truly authentic and memorable customer experience. Working across Sunday to Thursday, you will be leading the day-to-day operations of the store while actively and passionately selling to contribute to the store's sales and KPI targets.
Supporting the Concession Store Manager, you build and drive a customer-focused culture through leading by example: acting as a passionate brand ambassador for Brand Collective. You use data and insights for growth opportunities, and you develop effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
Additionally, you:
Coach, connect with, and develop your team to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experience. Have 'operational excellence' front of mind when handling products, visual merchandising and considerations for loss prevention management. Actively maintain a safe place to work with a focus on promoting wellbeing. Work towards achieving an exceptional customer experience by communicating product knowledge of apparel and accessories across the brand offering. Build strong relationships with the in-store Myer team to leverage sales driving, VM and marketing opportunities. You bring to the team: Assistant store management or retail sales supervisory experience in training, coaching and mentoring team members. Enthusiasm for creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for our customers. Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident and tailored to their needs. Experience with stock control and VM (comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted). Excellent time management skills. Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
