You'll shine here if you: Have a passion to support and lead your team to provide client-centric service that results in meaningful in-store experiencesWant to see the success of your leadership by assisting in managing the profit and loss of your storeAre open to driving operational incentives including brand events and trainingHave a passion to maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valuedValue core metrics to measure performance and achieve Sephora's visionWe would love to hear from you if: 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line managementYou're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retailYou have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experienceYou have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skillsYou're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floorYou have a knack for attracting and inspiring talented employeesYou have strong emotional intelligence and communication skillsYou enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends and eveningsPlease keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs. The ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend availability.
