The Assistant State Performance Manager is responsible for assisting the State Performance Manager with sales/operational tasks and duties.
The Assistant State Manager is responsible for accomplishing club and regional targets by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
Key duties and responsibilities: Understand, implement and support company sales initiatives and programs; Create a culture of integrity, service and high performance within the MSR team; Complete a minimum of 10 documented club visits per week; Fill-in and assist with Membership Services Representative duties and shifts when required; Understand and utilise the membership, sales and debiting systems; Comply with and promote WHS policies and procedures and ensure all hazards and incidents are logged; Recruit, onboard and induct new MSRs; Achieve monthly joiner, net member movement and lead generation targets; Identify areas of improvement for each club and complete training and coaching with MSRs every visit; Complete sales scripting appraisals with MSRs every club visit; Complete and execute local area marketing plans with clubs.
To be successful in this role you will have: People and retail management experience; Proven sales skills with a proven ability to hit KPI's and commercial targets; Exceptional communication and people influencing skills; Ability to manage commercial operations and oversee club promotions; Excellent customer service capability; Ability to motivate others and help them to succeed.
