Our state-of-the-art showroom and service facility is spread over 2 levels featuring an 8-car showroom, including dedicated 'M' performance area, pre-owned vehicle area, café, customer lounge, and entertainment area. Service customers will have access to a large service reception area and a state-of-the-art 10 bay workshop.
About the role: Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be an integral part of a team of service advisors striving to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will lead by example and ensure the department delivers the highest level of service to our guests whilst meeting or exceeding set KPIs and providing a motivating and engaging environment for our staff.
This position would suit a high achieving Service Advisor that wants to join an energetic, passionate dealership looking to continuously improve.
