About your new role:
As the Assistant Service Delivery Manager, you will be providing hands-on and seamless support to the Regional Service Delivery Manager and duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Attending various meetings with drivers, clients, and C-Suite stakeholdersManaging various forms of communications e.g. email responsesAssisting with the training of drivers as requiredUnderstanding and managing client expectations for excellent service deliveryInterstate travel across NSW, VIC and QLDUndertaking mystery checks of drivers and service levelsIdentifying opportunities for improvement and implementing and adhering to company standardsAbout you:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage at all levels
• Passionate about delivering service excellence and leading by example
• Ability to undertake regular interstate travel
• Service Industry background
• Optimistic attitude and superior decision-making skills
• Agile, effective multi-tasking skills and calm under pressure
