About you... ·2+ years experience as an Assistant Restaurant/Venue Manager in the hospitality/QSR industry
·Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams
·Direct engagement with some budget & financials management, such as P&Ls, wastage and labour reports
·Passion for people – customer & team empowerment first mindset
·A hunger and drive to grow your business
·Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays – we don't do overnights!
Your day to day at Grill'd... ·Work alongsideyour team to drive sales growth and engagement
·Manage rosters, team recruitment, stock management & compliance
·Support ongoing team development through check-ins, performance reviews and talent pipelines
·Manage business financials and create action plans that directly impact your restaurant's P&L
