Our stores have a fun, chilled out atmosphere for our customers and cater for 50/50 eat-in and takeaway.The Yiros Shop currently has 14 locations stretching across Brisbane, Moreton Bay region and the Gold Coast region with more locations opening all the time!Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Berrinba Team!As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store and its employees.The Job involves:Opening and closing the storeSupervising and managing employees including juniorsTraining and development of all staff to achieve outstanding resultsConducting performance evaluationsTrialing and training new employeesMonitoring store performance and meeting KPI'sRostering, inventory, ordering and reportingHandling customer complaints and concernsRunning a drive-thru serviceCash handling and register operationCleaning and maintaining the storeQualificationsThe right candidate must have:Strong and demonstrated management experienceStrong leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team, setting goals and ensuring they are achievedUnderstanding and ability to enforce food safety regulationsFlexibility and ability to adapt to changeAttention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running orderTraining and development experienceMotivation to keep your team motivated and on taskAbility to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industryWorking rights - passport and visa grant for international workersRSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
