Seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a well performing, busy restaurant to assist in all of the day to day operations of running this busy site. 
You will look after:
Staff motivation & engagementPerformance managementFinancial management; KPI's, rosters, stocktake, budgetsEnsuring brand standards & customer service steps are adhered toIt'd be great if you had solid exposure and understanding of to the above tasks, have been involved in a busy restaurant. If you have strong drive, initiative, a super bright personality and that extra pizazz that just keeps your customers coming back for more - I'd love to hear from you!

Salary on offer is up to $75k + super. You will work a 42 hour week and finally enjoy amazing work/life balance!
