Job Description As Senior Assistant Restaurant Leader, you are 2IC for the restaurant. You need to embody the same drive and ambition as the Restaurant Leader and the values and standards of House Made Hospitality and Sofitel. You are a leader of product and service delivery. You will work in unison with the Restaurant Leader in developing yourself and the team below you.
As our Senior Assistant Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring service and product standards are being met, and in keeping with Sofitel and House Made Hospitality brand guidelines.Forging great relationships with guests, and fostering an environment of guest interaction amongst your team.Commanding the look and feel of the venue, maintaining thoughtful ambience throughout.Leading your team in terms of product and venue knowledge, and conducting regular training sessions to ensure consistency among team members.Instilling our positive culture throughout the team and venue, and being an ambassador of the Sofitel and House Made Hospitality values. Qualifications At least 3 years' experience as a manager in a high volume restaurant environment; and in a CBD/corporate environment.Strong team manager.Experience in writing and delivering training and development.Ability to understand and manage wage targets.Ability to use Seven Rooms.Experience in performance appraisal and development experience.Intermediary understanding of wine, spirits and cocktail.Full Australian Work Rights.
