Due to growth in our management portfolio, we are actively seeking a superstar Assistant Property Manager.
The Role The role is to provide daily administrative and management support to a Centre Manager and team who work on one of Perth's high profile sites.
The role includes taking tenant queries, arranging contractors, compiling monthly reports, attendance at client meetings, liaising with Leasing and Marketing executives and general administrative duties.
A general understanding of mixed use retail/commercial property is essential.
Experience & Role Requirements Experience 3+ years in the Retail/Commercial property industry in a similar role is required to fulfill this role.

Excellent organisational skillsAbility to troubleshoot and make decisionsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExperience on Property Management systems eg, MRI or Cirrus8Experience with property budgets & cashflowKnowledge of trust account systemsExposure to rent review proceduresHigh numerical literacyAbility to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsGreat teamwork skillsOur team of over 50 people prides itself on a supportive team culture and an emphasis on mentorship and collaboration.

Salary is in keeping with current market rates and commensurate with experience.
