The Role 1-1 support and guidance from the Team Leader In and out of office duties General administration Entry, routine and exit inspections and reporting Arrears management Organising maintenance Leasing duties Taking general telephone enquiries Responding to emails/requests from landlords and tenants Preparation of contracts, Leases and new tenancy information Database management Processing tenancy applications and bond refunds Benefits
