We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Sydney team. This 12-month fixed-term contract will be based in a premium commercial property located in Sydney CBD. As part of a dynamic team, you'll play a key role in delivering customer-focused property services and provide top-notch administrative support to the General Manager and Property Manager, ensuring smooth operations by following established processes and systems. As our Assistant Property Manager, you'll also support the team with tenant relationship management and engagement initiatives. Your keen attention to detail and ability to foster strong internal and external relationships will set you apart.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records and accurate and audit ready at all timesLiasing with tenants and feeding back to the teamAssisting Property Managers on inspectionsWorking closely with the marketing teamFacilitate the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy related documentation to assist in the effective management of assetsWork closely with the Property Managers to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activitiesAssist with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetablePrepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review lettersAssist with annual audit processes for assigned assets.What you will need to be successful: Preferable to have either a Degree in Business or PropertyStrong customer serviceCompetent in MS Word and ExcelStrong relationship building and interpersonal skillsProven experience in administrative capacity in a corporate environmentProficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.
