We're searching for an Assistant Property Manager on a fixed-term contract for 12-months to be part of an A-grade commercial property located in Brisbane's CBD. You'll be joining a dynamic team committed to leading, overseeing, and implementing Investa's customer-focused property services. Additionally, this role offers operational support to the General Manager to ensure efficient performance and management of the asset/s. You will implement customer-centric property services in accordance with the management agreement, assisting the broader team with tenant relationship management and implementing our tenant engagement plan. Your ability to build effective internal and external relationships will be complemented by your strong attention to detail. It's essential to have strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for the property industry.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records are accurate and audit ready at all timesLiaising with tenants and feeding back to the teamAssisting Property Managers on inspectionsWorking closely with the marketing teamFacilitate the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy related documentation to assist in the effective management of assetsWork closely with the Property Managers to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activitiesAssist with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetablePrepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review lettersAssist with annual audit processes for assigned assets.What you will need to be successful: Preferable to have either a Degree in Business or PropertyLease administration experience - desiredStrong customer serviceCompetent in MS Word and ExcelStrong relationship building and interpersonal skillsProven experience in administrative capacity in a corporate environmentProficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.Why join Investa?
