Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and coordinating projects related to education and commercial properties. Work closely with project managers and senior directors to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Facilitate communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to meet project objectives. Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and assist in resolving issues. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Property, or a related field. Previous experience in project management or a related role is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software is desirable.
