About Us: Our Projects and Development Services (PDS) team provide corporate and institutional clients with the management of design, construction, and relocation services to minimise risk and eliminate unnecessary cost.
Projects range from greenfield developments to major fit-outs and refurbishments, from single one-off projects to state, national multi-site and regional roll-out projects requiring consistent nationwide delivery.

What this job involves As Assistant Project Manager (APM) you will be expected to contribute independently to the tasks below. This means as an APM, you demonstrate some familiarity with the subject matter and can produce these deliverables with guidance from senior team members. Assistant Project Managers are also able to validate and oversee deliverables produced by Project Coordinators.
As the APM, you are expected to take responsibility for the effective management of all phases of all projects from initial establishment to handover and project closure. These projects would be managed under the guidance of a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager.
A snapshot of the role: Assist with the production of monthly project deliverables via reports, assisting with updating programs, assisting with reviewing and updating financial data, updating risk and safety registers, and other items which come up as part of the standard contract reporting requirements. Assist with development and maintenance of health and safety data, contractor reporting in to JLL and Defence systems, assist in collation of environmental detail (from Defence systems and consultants) to assist in design creation and completion, and quality management (attention to detail) Participate and assist in maintenance of contracts and administration tasks, for clients, consultants and contractors. Undertake all mandatory training and development programs as outlined by JLL, and including any additional training outlined by your manager to assist with your skills and capability Other administration tasks as outlined by management, these may include site visits to take photos of active construction projects, attending meetings to take notes, and compiling other reporting requirements that fall outside of regular monthly reporting, ensuring collaborative communication.Sounds like you?
