They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join their high-performing team.
ABOUT THE ROLE The Assistant Project Manager will play an essential role in supporting the planning and execution of projects across commercial, industrial, retail and education sectors.
Working closely with experienced Project Managers and Directors, the successful candidate will gain valuable experience and training, contributing to the smooth operation and completion of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in managing and coordinating property projects Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure timely project delivery Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to meet project goals Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and assist in resolving project-related issues Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Property, or related field Previous experience in project management or a similar role is advantageous  Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to challenges Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools is desirable Must have the right to work in Australia CULTURE This firm values collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.
