Job DescriptionAssistant Project Manager – Minor Works £37,000 doe Deeside, North WalesA great opportunity for an experienced HVAC and Fabric engineering professional with some leadership experience to join this large Facilities Management company.Your role will see you assisting the Project Manager in the programming and coordination of all labour, material, plant and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of projects in the most effective, efficient and professional manner. You will need to pass enhanced security screening due to the nature of the site, and will need to hold a British Passport alongside ability to pass Baseline Personnel Security Clearance (BPSS) checks.Role & ResponsibilitiesEnsuring operational efficiency by organizing, coordinating, controlling and supervising activities on site Efficiently and economically implementing the assigned tasks from start to finish, in line with agreed datesEnsure effective manpower managementJustify all other resources such as materials, tools, equipment's etc. and report any shortagesEnsure correctness of estimated cost for works to be executed on all jobs, in order to eliminate any chance of lossesPreparation and submission of quotations and variation costsComplete supervision of both in-house teams and subcontractorsEnsure that labour hours are recorded and booked on daily basisArrange for regular site inspection to ensure standard of work Guidance and mentoring of all direct employeesEnsure that Periodic Progress Reports are submittedPreparation of programmes, method statements and risk assessments.Review and develop designs to ensure coordination with the building structure and other associated services new and existing, to maintain systems integrity, compliances and adopt the most cost efficient methodsCandidate ProfileExperienced in HVAC building services, with experience in a supervisory capacityGood leadership and team building skills.Diploma Certificate or equivalent technical qualifications.Knowledge of design principlesExperience in assisting quantity surveying, estimations and quotationsFluent in written and spoken English, knowledgeCommercially and financially astuteHold valid driving licenseIn return you will receive a fantastic remuneration package which I am happy to discuss in further detail with successful applicants.Benefits Summary;Salary of up to £37000#J-18808-Ljbffr
