ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers in the planning and execution of various educational programs and initiatives.Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.Support the development of project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.Assist in budgeting and tracking project expenditures to align with financial goals.Participate in project meetings, taking minutes and documenting action items for follow-up.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Education, or a related field.Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in an educational setting.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders.A passion for early childhood education and commitment to supporting children's development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
