As our Assistant Project Manager , reporting to the Senior Project Manager , you will assist in the management of the delivery of project works to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and in compliance with organisational policies. 
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of specific projects, including design, engineering and construction components.
A few of your responsibilities: Coordinate and manage projects nominated by the Project Director, Senior Project Manager or Group General Manager Property Development. Manage site planning and management of specific development projects to cost, time, scope and quality. Brief architects, designers, contractors and suppliers and ensure Document Control Systems (DCS) are developed, maintained and updated, managing the flow chart systems to track design paths with operational teams and designers. Assist with the review, scoping and budget compilation of projects requests (as determined by the Project Director, Senior Project Manager or Group General Manager Property Development Ensure that the contractor's induction program is completed by all contractors prior to commencement of works. Assist the Legal team with contract documentation and obtain relevant statutory approvals such as Development Approvals (DA) and Building Approvals (BA) prior to the commencement of any works. What we are looking for: Technical qualifications: Preference is University degree in Project Management, Design or a related Property qualification or combination of relevant skills and industry experience At least 5 years' experience in property or construction industry Experience in the interpretation and application of contracts Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation Analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills Experience with industry and or project inductions Analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills. About you: You are an experienced project coordinator looking for an opportunity to apply your well-developed planning and organisation skills.
