Our client is looking for a hands-on Assistant Production Manager to support and assist the Production Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the manufacturing operations while maintaining high-quality standards, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and leading daily activities.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule daily production to meet deadlines Prepare and analyse manufacturing reports Review manufacturing operations and processes and drive continuous improvements Conduct regular safety checks, hazard reporting and ensure adherence to all safety and workplace regulations Perform ad hoc administration tasks as required You Will Possess: A strong production background, preferably in the steel manufacturing/fabrication industry Experience in lean manufacturing practices and safety awareness A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills Benefits: Excellent remuneration Great working environment – clean, safe and new facilities Career progression opportunities If this sounds like what you are after, we want to hear from you!
