About the role
Our Member & Employer Experience team have an exciting, newly created opportunity for an Assistant Product Manager to join.
You will provide vital data analytics, reporting and insights into the CBUS Super product offering, with performance measured against key compliance and regulatory requirements.
You will be naturally inquisitive.
When reporting or conducting analysis, you should really want to get into the 'why' behind the data.
Your findings will be key in CBUS Super's ongoing product development and quality improvement.
You will also be required to conduct competitor product analysis and assist in identifying areas of opportunity for the fund.
This role acts as the conduit between the Member & Employer Experience team, and other data and insights focussed business units.
We wish to increase our ability to collaborate to provide better outcomes for our members.
About you
You will have strong experience in handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various internal and external data sources.
Your exceptional ability to interpret analysis and results in a business context will provide commercially focused recommendations to support business decisions.
You will have good experience presenting key analytics to broad stakeholder groups.
You will also have proven experience in designing and building enterprise-grade dashboards using modern visualisation tools (Tableau or Power BI) to visualise final analytical output and reporting.
Ideally, you will have knowledge of superannuation product suites and be keen to grow your career in this area of product.
