The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the wellbeing of students and staff, and will have a proven track record of implementing effective wellbeing programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the development and implementation of wellbeing programs and policiesProvide guidance and support to staff on wellbeing-related mattersCollaborate with other leaders to develop and implement school-wide wellbeing initiativesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and policiesSelection Criteria:Leadership and Management: Outstanding capacity for visionary and exemplary educational leadership of a school or college.
