About the RoleSupport the Park Manager in the daily operations of our XX Holiday Park.

From assisting housekeeping staff to creating staff rosters - no two days will be the same!
Responsibilities Lead your team to ensure guests enjoy a high standard of service during their stayCreate programmes for Kids Club and hands-on participation [add if applicable to the holiday park]Attend to after-hours call outs as required.Collect outstanding payments from guests and permanent residents.Team member coordination and people management including rostering, performance management and recruitment.Administration such as budgeting and managing the financial aspects of the Park.About YouYou will have a keen interest in tourism and hospitality and looking to progress in a long-term opportunity.
You will also have:
Previous experience as a Manager within Hospitality or TourismExcellent administrative and computer skillsExperience in developing team membersExcellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbalUnderstanding of financial controls and practiceAbility to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.What's next?
