About the role Bar Gusto is seeking a passionate Assistant Outlet Manager to lead our daily operations and drive the success of our vibrant bar. We're looking for a motivated individual eager to take on a project and truly make it their own.
In this role, you'll be essential in achieving our outlet's goals and crafting an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.
