Apply now Job no: 501695 Work type: Full time Location: Gold Coast Categories: Food & Beverage / Kitchen Assistant Outlet ManagerFull Time SalarySea World Resort, Main Beach, Gold CoastAbout the Resort:We are Australia's only theme park resort, located in Main Beach, our hotel boasts beautiful views of the Broadwater, and is just a few minutes' walk from the Spit.About the role:To ensure efficient running of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, achieving expected levels of guest & team member satisfaction while delivering the desired revenue and profitability.Duties:• Control, monitor and report expenditure and labor hours and costs against expenses and wages budgets• Manage the Food and Beverage outlets to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively and oversee stock levels• Keep up-to-date with current trends and provide input into menu design• Develop, recommend and implement an upsell program and ensure targets are achieved through diligent monitoring and relevant training• Oversee the management and co-ordination of the Food & Beverage teams including resource planning, recruitment and performance management• Set service standards for the delivery of appropriate training to team members enabling great experiences to guests• Receive and review relevant health and safety information and reports to ensure all areas are compliantSkills and Experience:• Proven experience in successfully leading a team and maximizing performance• Ability to understand outlet budgets• Exposure to high volume Food & Beverage outlets• RSA required (valid in Qld)• Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue (RMLV) is desirable (valid in Qld)• Opportunity for professional developmentAdvertised: 04 Nov 2024 E.
