We're on the lookout for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join the vibrant team at a major shopping centre on the Gold Coast.
This role is perfect for a proactive and creative individual ready to make a mark in a fast-paced retail environment.
About the Role: As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to craft and execute a marketing strategy that drives traffic, enhances brand visibility, and boosts retailer engagement.
Your day-to-day will involve managing promotional events, digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with key stakeholders.
You'll also oversee in-centre signage, customer communications, and partnerships with community organizations.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on a yearly marketing strategy and calendar, emphasizing brand uniqueness and customer engagement Coordinate and execute promotional events and advertising to maximize foot traffic Maintain and analyze traffic data, ensuring accurate reporting Build and manage relationships with retailers, agencies, and community partners Support digital initiatives to increase customer interaction via social media, website, and EDMs Handle budget tracking, purchase orders, and general marketing administration Ensure up-to-date in-centre signage and communications What You'll Bring: Direct Shopping Centre Marketing experience A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong communication skills and an ability to build effective relationships Experience in both traditional and digital marketing, including social media Highly organized with a keen eye for detail Ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative work environment Benefits: Join a passionate team in a bustling retail environment Opportunities for professional development Competitive salary package and employee discounts If you're ready to bring your marketing expertise to a role where creativity meets results, apply now to become an integral part of our team!
