We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to execute on and deliver high-quality services, operational excellence and optimal asset performance, with a focus on the strategic marketing and curation of the asset(s) experience to make it a desirable destination for customers and the community.
This role is required to deliver a customer-centric focus across all aspects of the marketing function.
Your responsibilities will include: Build and curate strong engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the asset aligns with customer and asset strategy, with a focus on delivering activations which provide measurable positive social and environmental impact.
Contribute to meeting the objectives of the Strategic Asset Plan for the asset(s) through the delivery of the Marketing & Activation Plan, with alignment to the National Marketing Plan and Customer Profile Drive customer experience, sales and traffic performance whist creating opportunities for retailers, community partners and brand partners to engage with key audience groups to deliver commercial outcomes for the asset Active, accurate and efficient financial management of the annual marketing and activation budget to achieve asset objectives including continuous monitoring Drive a deeper understanding of the customer, community and asset performance across the asset team and broader business through accurate, insightful and timely reporting as well as use and analysis of available research and community engagement Implement retailer support through the delivery of shop and asset led campaigns and digital initiatives and regular engagement with retail stakeholders.
Manage the front-of-house services to build a strong sense of engagement and drive optimal customer satisfaction.
Drive growth and engagement across all owned digital channels and platforms to connect with key audience groups with timely, accurate and high-quality content and initiatives that are targeted to the key customer segment Present the asset(s) in optimal condition with flawless delivery of all brand and national campaigns, signage, activations and visual merchandising whilst actively working with the asset(s) team and tenants to drive excellence in presentation Work with the wider Marketing team to create and take advantage of opportunities for collaboration to drive portfolio wide excellence and efficiencies and ensure consistency of approach, reporting and transfer of experiences and learnings Champion the consistent application of the key Mirvac values, leading by example and promoting a high performing and collaborative environment Assist with any projects or undertake additional duties as required Your point of difference 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand activations with a combination of office & retail experience highly desirable Demonstrated experience in managing social and digital channels to build community engagement and meet desired outcomes Proven analytical and creative abilities Proven stakeholder engagement abilities Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly desirable A customer centric focus with the ability to develop and maintain exceptional internal and external relationships, and liaise with people at all levels Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively, ensuring deadlines are achieved on time Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to solve issues as they arise and to improve system and process efficiencies and effectiveness A commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills All of these attributes are preferred, if you think you may be the right fit for the role please still apply.
