The International Card Services (ICS) organisation was created to unlock more opportunities to achieve higher growth, increase our speed and agility, and put more decision-making capability in the hands of our local teams. It focuses on Consumer and Commercial segments of card products. It is an exciting time in ICS Marketing as we are focused on acquiring new customers to capture the growth opportunity available.
This is an opportunity for someone to join the ICS Acquisition Marketing – Member Get Member (MGM) and Lead Optimisation Team on a 12-Month Contract. The team embodies a fast paced and dynamic culture, operates nimbly and embraces teamwork, accountability, flexibility and a will to win attitude. This position will be supporting the Marketing Manager, MGM to help create the strategy, implementation and measurement of MGM initiatives and capabilities which enable us to drive acquisition of new customers and revenue for ICS ANZ.
How will you make an impact in this role? Help drive and deliver the strategy for MGM including defining and executing campaigns to drive acquisition, increase efficiency and deliver strong ROIs in the channel. Create & execute  Digital MGM campaigns that drive awareness and conversion in both Digital and Sales channels. Partner with Analytics team to define segmentation and targeting and measure performance to derive insights to inform, optimise and evolve marketing strategies. End-to-end management of MGM New Zealand including offer set and fulfilment, website content and tactical campaigns. Manage MGM offer changes and escalations processes identify opportunities to improve the current process. Reporting and analysis of acquisition results to optimise and inform future plans. Project management to ensure all activities are delivered on-time and within budget. Partner closely with key functional and execution teams, including MGM Central Teams, Product, Brand, Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure all stakeholders and informed and aligned with MGM initiatives. Minimum Qualifications The role is varied, and the ideal candidate should possess:
Ability to drive results and ensure those outcomes help inform future initiatives. A collaborative style of doing business - ability to gain support, resolve conflict and work in a matrix organisation. Drive tight engagement across Field teams & Marketing. Analytical and Data capabilities - Undertake ongoing campaign analysis to monitor marketing channel performance and ROI on investments to support the Marketing Manager make future decisions. Deliver regular reporting updates as required on initiatives. Strong project management skills leading to high personal accountability. Dynamic, positive and energetic attitude and work ethic. You must be able to work independently and be able to focus and prioritise in times of fast changing priorities. Whilst striving for work life balance, this role will demand some flexibility due to the global nature of the wider marketing team.
