Its great location across from the sea and near to town makes it a popular choice throughout the season.About the RoleResponsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Delivering exceptional customer serviceFront Office management - all aspectsPark Operations – ensuring the efficient delivery of all services i.e. customer service, grounds management and housekeeping.Support an inclusive and engaged team cultureAttending to after-hours call outs*Accommodation is not available with this position; therefore, applications would ideally live within reasonable commuting distance of the park.Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for an individual who can contribute to the smooth running of the park and who has the ability to lead the park in the Manager's absence.You will bring to the role:Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management or other related industriesProven and demonstrated experience in managing, developing and training staffStrong computer skills with experience with RMS or similar reservations systemsA flexible attitude to work, and work hours (including weekends and after hours)Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experienceBenefits for YouQuarterly and annual bonus schemeProfessional growth opportunitiesDiscounts on accommodation at over 300 G'day holiday parksService recognition awardsEmployee Assistance ProgramHow to ApplyDiscover what matters - APPLY NOW!
