What you'll do: Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day-to-day operations of the venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat you'll need: Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gamingAbility to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled teamOperational experience to achieve financial and business targetsHighly developed customer service skillsCurrent industry RSA and RCG qualifications (An Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred, not essential)The benefits are good too!
