About the role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the ASM will be their right hand person. Driving sales and KPI's in line with set company targets. The role is also responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Assistants. Other responsibilities will include:
Customer service standardsMerchandising and stock controlEnsuring compliance and following WHS practicesStrong communication skills both written and verbalMaintenance and cleaning of the storeSecurity and cash managementAbout you: Experience in leading teams of 2+ peopleHave worked towards sales and KPI's previouslyFMCG, retail or hospitality experience idealUnderstanding of safe work practicesAble to communicate with customers and internal team frequentlyFlexible to work on a roster with extended trade across the weekNext steps:
