About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our growing Business Services Team as an Assistant Manager or Manager . In this role you will work closely with the Director, servicing a diverse client base.
In collaboration with Managers and Directors, you will demonstrate leadership in the daily management of a motivated and high performing team, who pride themselves on providing clients with the best advice to help businesses discover success.
Responsibilities: Team Management – day-to-day management of a team of intermediate and junior Accountants including workflow management, reviewing work, and monitoring team performance. Leadership – train, mentor, and support team members to develop their capabilities. Client Account Management – provide high quality business and taxation advice to clients, ensure timely completion of client requirements, and management of client relationships. Support the Director with operational and strategic decision making. Skills and Experience
This opportunity would suit someone with business services experience, who enjoys working with a diverse client base, including larger clients with complex taxation requirements.
CA or CPA qualified High level of experience working with a team in business services Well-developed leadership and management skills Organisational and time management skills Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and manage client expectations A professional and positive approach to work High levels of technical tax, forecasting and advisory skills are desirable Culture and Benefits
