Meet your team Private Business and Family Advisory (PBFA) is one of the largest divisions within Pitcher Partners Melbourne. You will be surrounded by a driven, friendly, and collaborative team. You have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and assist with the day-to-day operations of their business and advisory requirements.
About the role Within the Private Business and Family Advisory team, you will support a client base with a diverse range of accounting, advisory, and tax services advice. Your day will be a mix of technical support and business advice. You will have direct reports to manage and mentor.
Key responsibilities Review of financial statements and tax returnsReview of Year-end Tax PlanningReview of Compliance such as BAS and IASAssist with the Maintenance of accounting softwareGeneral Accounting, Tax and Business AdviceWho we're after Here are the key qualifications, skills, and personal attributes we're looking for. Related tertiary qualifications In Commerce or Accounting with CA or CPA qualification and experience in a Professional Services environment.
Action Orientated Being decisive, showing initiative, and taking responsibility for actions and task completion. Making sure that client expectations are being achieved within the time period.
As an aspiring leader, you enjoy mentoring staff and can easily collaborate and interact with key internal and external stakeholders.
