The Assistant Manager, Licensing Management will be responsible for launching and managing licensing business in Australia. The key task of this individual is to manage the seasonal creation process and approvals with our licensee partners. Most of this individual's task will be focused on concept, design & sample approval, and business reviews with these licensees.
You will also be working with Global Product & Licensing teammates to ensure that our licensee partners are designing and creating products that are unique and innovative to the marketplace. Lastly, you are also in charge of ensuring licensees maintain Brand integrity.
Success in this role is defined by assisting in the creation of products that deliver newness, differentiation, and innovation while growing the licensee's market share and royalty income.
Your ImpactCollaborate with external licensees on their seasonal strategy, line architecture and product design. You will be influencing their product design and architecture from concept to market for apparel and accessories.Present licensee design documents (designs, protos, samples) to Global teammates and facilitate the design, sample and calendar discussions between Global teammates and licensing partners from concept to market.Review seasonal protos, samples and strike off to ensure that products are uniquely designed and well made. You will assist your line manager in ensuring that products made are brand right from a fabric, graphics, and trim selection. Products must also be commercially viable for the Australian market as well.Handle seasonal calendar creation and management of milestone between Global, Regional, and external parties.Conduct regular market trend research and competitive analysis.
