Driving consistent high-quality customer service. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, providing feedback on potential issues, progress, and overall performance. What Skills & Knowledge you'll need An understanding of maximizing profit by driving sales and controlling costs. An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders. Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards. An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high-volume retail or catering brand environment. An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner. You may be a shift manager, team leader, or duty manager who is aspiring to grow their career into management, or you may be an assistant manager or deputy manager looking for that next challenge.
