Assistant Manager

Our client is a tax and advisory practice of 18 staff. The firm is looking for an experienced Senior/Supervisor or someone with 1-2 years in a role managing junior team members and looking to transition their experience across to a firm offering potentially greater career opportunities ahead. The role would suit someone from a mid-tier firm or larger boutique with experience handling listed and non-listed business clients, large SME businesses as well as HNW's and multi-entity family groups. 

Key elements of this role:-  A pro-active team of Directors and a supportive culture where you will learn and develop your existing client management skillsMentor a team of 4 to 5 people.Assist in managing a significant portfolio of clients with up to $1mil worth of fees including a mixture of private companies, family groups and high net worth individuals.Be active and present in networking and marketing the brand amongst peersWhat the individual must bring to this role:- Experience in supervising a team of accountants and handling client engagements with experience in managing in excess of $900k worth of fees. Over 5-6 years of Tax/Business services experience bringing across the relevant knowledge and skills at this levelCompletion of the CA/CPA programMeeting and exceeding targets set by DirectorsKeen to manage a team and mentor them to become future leaders within the firm and industryA proactive and forward thinking nature, maturity as well as being able to work in a collaborative and friendly team environmentIf this is YOU then reach out and contact Ross Stephens on 0447 346 883 or apply within below.
