The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Farm Manager to join the team. This role supports the Farm Manager in daily operations and strategic planning, focusing on regenerative agriculture, livestock management and overall farm productivity. The Assistant Farm Manager plays a crucial role in leading and managing the farm team, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values.
About You The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:
Substantial experience with large livestock numbers.Positive attitude, hard-working, and committed to excellence.Proficient in data management and record keeping i.e. Agriwebb.Commitment to the health and well-being of all livestock.Ability to ensure all safety standards are adhered to.Ability to provide support to Farm Manager in relation to livestock, cropping and pasture programs.Willing to further education in regenerative ag and stock handling.If you are passionate about agriculture and leadership, we would love to hear from you.
