About the Role As an Assistant Manager your role is to partner with the Relationship Manager to support your portfolio in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance.

What will your day look like?
As a Relationship Banking Officer/ Associate, you will have the opportunity to:
• Support our Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions, and insights,
• Conduct financial analysis and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies,
• Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer's industry and associated markets,
• Work collaboratively with other internal work functions and stakeholders, and
• Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen,
• Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends,
• Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer delivery/ customer experience role,
• Sound understanding of the structuring of security arrangements,
• Experience in the banking industry is an advantage, but not a requirement, and
• Preferably possesses an accounting or finance degree or equivalent, though not a strict requirement.
