We want to make our guests' experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in our resort and in this role, you play an integral part in making this happen!You will be responsible for the overall operation of the business where senior leadership and the Resort is not present. Your day to day will involve:Coaching and development of team around systems, service delivery, brand and standardsGuest service and problem resolutionDriving financial and soft targets and metricsManaging the productivity and performance of the team, including payroll and leaveSeeking, monitoring and assessing guest feedback and putting into place detailed action plans focused on enhancing the guest journeyEnsuring a safe and secure environment for guests and colleaguesDriving colleague engagement and brand pride across the Rooms DivisionWhat we need from you:Great communication and customer service skillsStrive for excellence in an eager and motivated mannerPossess the ability to work under pressureDemonstrate exceptional problem solving capabilityAbility to think outside the box to ensure exceptional guest service & deliveryA High School diploma / qualification.
