THE ROLE: We are looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager who is proactive, positive, believes in solutions not problems and remains calm and service-focused. This position reports to our Maintenance Manager and assists in leading this department. This role is responsible for ensuring the continued high standard of presentation and operation of the resort and the distinctive standards in which our guests appreciate, remember and return for time and time again.
Your responsibilities will include supervising & delegating duties to the various team members on a daily basis:
Program scheduled work on a daily basisAllocate job lists for all team members as per the Crystalbrook Collection Maintenance StandardsResponsible for checking that the job lists are being completed to the required standard and within the specified time framePrioritise unscheduled tasks based on the needs of the guests and operational requirementsAssist in planning, scheduling, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure high operational standards.Oversee the maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimise downtime.ABOUT YOU: Your talents will include:
