This includes, amongst other responsibilities, communicating with tenants regarding property-related issues and coordinating with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.About YouWe are seeking a motivated and committed person that ideally has:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong customer service skills – Client focused approachProven conflict resolution skillsFamiliarity with Housing Maintenance issuesAbility to multi-task & attention to detailPracticed exceptional Team PlaySound Computer skillsWillingness to travel to regional locationsSelf-motivation with an excellent work ethicDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, respectfully & sensitivity with Aboriginal peopleAlthough not essential, desirably you will have:A sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies ActPrevious experience in Housing/Property ManagementMandatoryThe ability to maintain confidentiality.A current Driver's licenseYou must be prepared to undergo:A Prior Offender History Check.A Working with Children Check.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Administration support to the Property Manager including filing, assisting with incoming phone enquiries, walk-in enquiries, data input, correspondence & communication and document preparationAssisting with tenancy application processesAssist in the co-ordination of maintenance for propertiesProvide field support.
