The Asst. Hotel Sales and Relationship Manager is responsible for the leadership of the Hotel Membership Sales to ensure the success of the program through the training, coaching and ongoing development of new and existing Accor Plus Ambassadors and hotel teams to achieve and exceed KPIs. This role will support the Loyalty Plus hotel sales program in select Accor hotels by facilitating and training hotel teams to sell the Accor Plus membership. Loyalty Plus
Build and maintain strong relationships with Accor hotels management to support the Loyalty Plus program. Facilitate training to Accor hotels team members on the Loyalty Plus program. Provide proactive support and advice to hotels as required to ensure engagement in the Loyalty Plus program and achievement of targets. Analyze weekly sales results to drive performance at individual hotels.
Leadership

Understand, represent and uphold the integrity of the Accor Plus and Accor hotels brand at all times and in all interactions. Deliver training to scheduled hotels on time. Carry out ongoing coaching, training and development to the hotel teams and ensure they have the tools and support to perform. Protect the interests of the organisation in terms of adherence to the law, reputation in the marketplace and ability to support organisational objectives. Support organisational goals via participation in implementing key company and sales initiatives. Ensure ongoing timely review and follow up of hotels development actions. Identify opportunities for on-the-job impromptu coaching conversations to provide instant feedback and support. Monitor and track direct reports performance against set targets and identify relevant coaching, training and development to support performance improvement. Administration and reporting as required.
Qualifications About You
Experience Required
Proven experience in hotel training and development of staff to achieve sales performance. Demonstrated ability to achieve, and exceed, sales targets. Experience in facilitation of training programs.
Competencies
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, inspire, and coach teams with clear lines of communication. Strong networking and relationship building skills - identifies and builds key relationships internally and externally that support achieving the outcomes in the business. Planning, time management and organisational skills – develops a business plan with the broader organisational needs and the longer-term objectives in mind in order to meet the short-term requirements. Advanced sales and closing skills and techniques. Ability to work and remain calm in a target driven sales environment.
