Function Operations, Engineering and Maintenance
The Louis Dreyfus Company is currently recruiting for the full-time position of Assistant Ginner, based in Moree.
In this role you will be part of a small team and be involved in all aspects of cotton ginning operations including but not limited to:
monitoring production flow maintaining machinery and equipment including preventative maintenance and breakdowns supervising a team of seasonal workers during day or night shift ensuring safe systems of work and sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision is provided for optimal health and safety Your experience
cotton ginning experience preferred mechanically minded or experience in a maintenance/production environment safety-aware with fitness to handle long shifts during the season good work ethic and team player ability and willingness to interact effectively with all employees from many different cultures sound computer skills Benefits of working at LDC:
