As an Assistant Front Office Manager at The Darling, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and an unparalleled guest experience.
A few of your responsibilities: Ensure the highest standards of guest service are achieved and maintained upon check-in and during our guests' stay.Manage The Darling Hotel Loyalty Program and affiliated programs.Ensure all guest comment cards are distributed to relevant departments and respond to guests when required.Assist with the people planning requirements including recruitment, rostering, training, and development of the team.What we are looking for: Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric approach.Knowledge of Opera property management system.Flexibility availability including evenings and weekends.About you: As a seasoned leader, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
